Official materials first
Eligible evidence comes from official US manufacturer support articles, error-code indexes, owner manuals, or narrowly scoped service material. Search snippets, retailers, repair companies, forums, social media, and AI summaries are not publication evidence.
Scope matters
The same display can mean different things across brands, appliances, model families, and markets. We retain the source's actual scope and direct users to the manufacturer's model or manual lookup when exact applicability is unknown.
Freshness labels
“Content and safety verified on” is the date the published meaning and safety boundary were verified. “Source reachability status” reports the release's source-status result without presenting it as a content refresh date. “Automated evidence review completed” and “Publication gate” describe separate recorded events. Human review appears only when a real human review is recorded. A changed or unreachable source can withhold affected guidance until review completes.

These general official links help you locate exact-model information. They are not evidence for a particular error-code claim.
