Stop when there is danger
Stop using the appliance if you notice smoke, burning smells, sparks, flooding, a gas odor, severe overheating, or an electrical shock risk. Move to safety and follow emergency and manufacturer guidance.
Respect energy sources
Do not open sealed systems, remove protective panels, or work on gas, mains electricity, refrigerant, or pressurized components unless you are qualified. Turning an appliance off does not always remove every hazard.
Use the exact manual
Model-specific instructions and official safety notices take precedence over this site. When unsure, contact the manufacturer or a qualified service professional.
